Plain-language terms for using a free, client-side toolkit.
By using Techsinghge Smart Tools ("the site", "we", "our tools"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site — nothing here requires an account, so simply closing the tab is enough to stop.
Techsinghge Smart Tools provides free, browser-based utilities for working with PDF and image files — merging, splitting, converting, compressing, watermarking, and similar tasks. Every tool listed on the homepage runs using JavaScript inside your own browser tab.
Your files: Because every tool runs client-side, your documents and images are never uploaded to us or to any third party as part of using a tool. We have no server-side access to file contents, ever.
Analytics & cookies: This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. Basic, privacy-respecting page-view analytics may be used to understand which tools are popular; these do not include file contents or personally identifying information.
Contact form: The contact page opens your own email client with a pre-filled message — we only receive what you choose to send us by email, at the email address you send it from.
Third-party libraries: Font and script files (Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr) are loaded from their respective CDNs, which may log standard request data (like IP address) as part of normal web hosting — this is outside our control and governed by those providers' own policies.
You are responsible for the files you choose to process and for keeping copies of your original files — tools that overwrite, flatten, or convert a file cannot always be undone. Some tools (like Unlock PDF) are intended only for documents you own or are authorized to modify; you agree not to use these tools to bypass protections on files you don't have the right to access.
The tools are provided "as is", free of charge, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Browser differences, corrupted files, or unusual PDF structures can occasionally cause a tool to fail or produce unexpected results — always check your output before relying on it for something important.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techsinghge Smart Tools and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools, including data loss or file corruption.
We may update these terms as tools are added or changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Significant changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
